Hostel for Intern doctors, nurses & pharmacists under construction

We are currently constructing a modern hostel facility (pic on left) for accomodating the Interns.

The building is modern with facilities for accomodation and cafeteria for comfort of medical interns.

Histopathology Laboratory Opened

In 2007, construction to expand the Histopathology lab stated under the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.

The Histopathology lab is now operational with modern facilities and services such as tele pathology.

Centre of Excellence Building Inaugurated

The Centre for Infectious Diseases was handed over in 2008 as a gift from the American & German people.

The ground floor is used for care for PLWAs and practical teaching to healthcare providers from within the zone.

The 1st floor, is a theoretical training centre on comprehensive HIV/AIDS care

The 2nd floor houses a modern laboratory for drug resistance testing for TB and ARVs.
